Baby Wombat

Dove Lake, Cradle Mountain National Park, Tasmania, Australia

We happened across this little critter whilst wandering around near Dove Lake in Tasmania’s north. He was a little timid, of course — and we had to be cautious as his parents were most likely not timid in the least — so I chose the 70mm setting and didn’t get too close to disturb him.
